So I finished drawing and inking the first issue of "Child". I just have to scan it, cut it up, put it all together, print it, draw the background and hand it over to Char to color it. So that's exciting. Minor setbacks are putting a damper on finishing it. Like not having a computer or a scanner... working on it, though. So much to do with money. I haven't even finished my tattoo, yet. I was gonna work Saturday, but I was so sick and kinda preoccupied filming a band. Who are cool, but I wish I could've met them later/earlier... some time that I'm not as busy or hectic.
Had to deal with the death of someone I cared about, which kind of hampered my motivation and creativity for a bit. Ironically, she was kind of the basis for the look of the main character in "Child".
But after I got out of the slump I drew some neat stuff. I'll post it one day if I get a scanner. I'm beginning to see the pessimism in what I'm trying to achieve... I'll just cross my fingers and hope for the best... What else can you do?
